  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Note: Fees may vary for certain bookings or during peak seasons.

Cancellation Procedure

  • To initiate a cancellation, please notify us in writing via email or text message.
  • Only the individual who made the original booking can request a cancellation.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request within 24 hours.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after receiving your cancellation request.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • Some travel services, such as airline tickets and hotel bookings, may have stricter cancellation policies.

Travel Insurance
